hello :)

i added a new appearance for Alicia skill "Eternal Ice" for those who leveled enough to actually use it 

before it looked like lvl 2 single target ice , now it has it's own look :) 

maybe i'll need to change it's name to fit more the looks too

maybe more change to come i'm not sure yet
